This is Football Association Of Thailand.
Something some rule and sometime it made for Samutprakarn FC only.

Very strange. When you think about all the problems Samut Prakan F.C have had trying to find a home stadium, it's very odd that someone thinks it's a good idea to start another Samut Prakan team.
So now we have: Samut Prakan F.C, Samut Prakan United and Customs Samut Prakan. It would be much better if there was just one Samut Prakan team for everyone to support.

Actually,
Samutprakan UNITED is Thai Summit team in last season(2010) Central zone
They just change team name.
